These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of Senterra's website and to your participation in any of our educational programmes and services. By submitting an enquiry, booking a place on a programme, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Our Services
Senterra provides educational sessions, document organisation toolkits, and structured learning programmes related to retirement planning. All content is informational and educational in nature.
Our services are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or accounting advice. Nothing communicated in our sessions, printed materials, or on this website should be treated as advice specific to your personal circumstances. We strongly encourage all participants to seek independent professional guidance for decisions related to their individual situation.
2. Enrolment and Payment
Places on Senterra programmes are subject to availability. Enrolment is confirmed once we have acknowledged your booking in writing and, where applicable, received payment.
Programme fees are as listed on our website at the time of booking and are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Fees cover all session attendance and printed materials specified for each programme. No additional charges are applied during or after enrolment unless agreed in advance.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your place on a programme, please notify us as soon as possible by email or telephone. The following applies:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the first session: full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the first session: we will endeavour to offer a transfer to a future session. A refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Non-attendance without prior notice: no refund or transfer will be offered.
If Senterra cancels or significantly alters a session, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to an equivalent future programme.
4. Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to engage with sessions respectfully. Senterra reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
5. Intellectual Property
All printed materials, session outlines, checklists, templates, and other content produced by Senterra remain the intellectual property of Senterra. Participants may use materials for their own personal reference but may not reproduce, distribute, or publish them in any form without our written permission.
6. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes related to enquiring about and enrolling in our programmes. You must not use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation, or interfere with any other person's use of it.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Senterra is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Senterra is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation in our programmes or use of our materials. Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant programme.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your enrolment or enquiry will apply to that interaction. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from your use of our services or website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
