Three Programmes, One Steady Path Forward
Whether you're starting with a single question or ready for a full multi-week journey, Senterra has a programme sized to where you are right now.
← Back to HomeOur Approach to Retirement Education
Every Senterra programme is built around the same core principle: people absorb information better when it is presented in small stages, with time built in for questions, reflection, and revisiting anything that didn't quite land the first time.
We don't use dense presentations or fast-paced webinar formats. Instead, sessions move at a conversational pace. If the group needs to slow down on a particular topic, that's exactly what happens. The agenda is a guide, not a fixed timetable.
Introduce the topic in plain language
No jargon, no assumed knowledge. Every session begins from a baseline anyone can follow.
Work through examples and scenarios
Abstract concepts become clearer when illustrated with realistic examples from the kinds of situations participants encounter.
Open the floor for questions
Dedicated Q&A time in every session. No question is too simple — and all answers are given without judgment.
Provide materials to take home
A printed summary, checklist, or reference card ensures each session's content stays accessible long after the group has finished.
Retirement Systems Explained: Group Sessions
A series of relaxed group sessions that walk through how pension and retirement frameworks generally operate, using clear examples and plenty of time for questions. Purely educational, with no guidance tied to any one person's circumstances. Each participant receives a takeaway booklet of plain-language notes to keep.
- Overview of common pension framework types
- How retirement income streams are typically structured
- Documents and records people commonly need
- Printed plain-language booklet included
- Full Q&A time built into every session
Small groups · Printed materials included · In-person, Chiang Mai
Document Checklist & Filing Toolkit
A practical toolkit of templates, checklists, and folder structures to help people gather and arrange the paperwork they may need. Includes a guided setup session and printed reference cards. Organisational support designed to reduce confusion and save time — particularly useful for anyone who feels unsure about what documents they should have, where to find them, or how to store them.
- Ready-to-use folder structure templates
- Document checklist covering common retirement paperwork
- Guided setup session to get started in the right direction
- Printed reference cards to keep at home
- Suitable for all levels of organisation experience

Retirement Confidence Programme
A multi-week informational programme combining short lessons, peer discussion, and printed resources to build understanding and confidence about the retirement journey. Focused on knowledge and preparation rather than any individual recommendation. Participants leave with a much broader picture of what retirement involves — and a set of printed resources to refer back to as their situation develops.
- Multi-week structured format with regular sessions
- Short lessons on each topic — no lecture-hall overload
- Peer discussion woven into every session
- Comprehensive printed resource pack included
- Follow-up session available to all participants
Multi-week · Resource pack included · Small groups · In-person, Chiang Mai

Standards We Uphold
Privacy First
Participant details are held securely and never passed to third parties for commercial purposes. We follow applicable Thai data protection requirements.
Complete Independence
Senterra is not affiliated with, and receives no payment from, any financial institution, insurance company, or investment provider. Content remains neutral.
Content Review Process
All materials are periodically reviewed to reflect updates in publicly available information. Session content is dated so participants know when it was last checked.
Capped Group Sizes
Maximum 12 participants per session. This is not a policy we compromise on — it directly affects the quality of the experience for every person in the room.
No Product Promotion
No financial products, subscription services, or third-party offerings will be promoted during any Senterra session. What we teach is what we teach — nothing else.
In-Person in Chiang Mai
All sessions take place at our Charoenmuang Road premises. The space is set up for conversation, not passive listening, with comfortable seating in a round or U-shaped arrangement.
