Here to Make the Retirement Journey Feel Manageable

Senterra was built on one straightforward idea: that every person deserves access to clear, unhurried information about retirement — without being pushed toward any particular decision.

Our Story

Founded to Serve Those Planning Their Next Chapter

Senterra began in Chiang Mai after the founders — themselves long-time residents of northern Thailand — saw firsthand how confusing the retirement information landscape could be. Friends and neighbours approaching retirement often didn't know where to turn. Financial products were being marketed aggressively, and truly neutral, educational resources were hard to come by.

The answer wasn't to become another financial service. It was to offer something different: a calm space to learn. Small groups. Printed notes to take home. Time set aside for every question, no matter how basic. That original approach has shaped everything Senterra does.

Today, from our premises on Charoenmuang Road, we serve a growing community of Thai nationals and expatriates at every stage of retirement preparation — from those who are decades away to those who need help getting their paperwork in order right now.

Our Mission

What Guides Us Every Day

Clarity Over Complexity

We translate complicated frameworks into plain language anyone can follow, without losing the detail that matters.

Independence You Can Trust

We don't sell financial products or accept referral fees. Our only goal is to help participants leave each session better informed than when they arrived.

Respect for Each Person's Pace

Not everyone learns at the same speed. We design our sessions to accommodate different levels of familiarity without anyone feeling left behind.

How We Work

Our Standards & Commitments

We hold ourselves to clear standards in everything from session delivery to participant privacy. Here is what you can expect when you work with us.

Independence & Neutrality

Senterra does not receive referral fees or commissions from any financial institution. All educational content is produced independently to ensure balanced, factual presentation.

Personal Data Privacy

Participant details are stored securely and never shared with third parties for marketing. We follow applicable Thai data protection standards and explain our practices clearly.

Reviewed Content

All session materials are reviewed periodically to reflect changes in publicly available pension and retirement information. We note where information may vary by individual circumstance.

Small Group Sizes

We cap group sessions to maintain quality and ensure everyone gets enough attention. If a programme is full, we add you to the waiting list and keep you informed of the next available dates.

Open Q&A Format

Every session includes dedicated time for questions. We don't rush through material. If a topic needs revisiting in a follow-up, we make that available to participants at no additional charge.

Printed Take-Home Materials

Every programme includes printed summaries, checklists, or reference booklets. Participants leave each session with something tangible they can refer back to at home, without needing to take notes under pressure.

Retirement Education in Northern Thailand

Chiang Mai has long attracted people seeking a quieter pace of life after their working years — both Thai nationals and those who have made the north their long-term home. Yet access to clear, practical information about pension frameworks, document requirements, and financial organisation has not always kept pace with that growing community.

Senterra was established specifically to address that gap. Based on Charoenmuang Road in the Mueang district, we are close to the people we serve. Our sessions take place in a welcoming in-person setting rather than over video, because we believe the conversation that happens between participants is often as valuable as the structured content itself.

Whether you are starting to think about retirement for the first time, or you have a folder of documents that needs sorting before you can move forward with anything else, Senterra has a programme built around exactly where you are today. We work through topics one step at a time, and we don't move on until everyone in the room is ready.
